STRIDE - Autumn 2022
STRIDE used maps of our school grounds to find the hidden sticks that led to the Stickman! They looked for key signposts using their picture maps. They then created their own sketch maps of our grounds!
Year 6 - Autumn 2022
Year 6 walked to Lyme Wood Pit to conduct their field work study as part of their Geography unit. During the study, they investigated both human and geographical features of our area in order to compare them to Death Valley in The Americas. They explored house types, weather, modes of transports, local flowers and other amenities in order to prepare themselves for the comparison lesson.
